Keto Rutabaga Goat Stew
Ingredients 16-oz goat stew meat 4 1/2 cups vegtable broth 2 tbsp red wine vinegar 2 tbsp tomato paste 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce 1 large Rutabaga, diced 1 15-oz. can sliced carrots 1 medium onion 2 tbsp minced garlic 1 tbsp minced parsley Garnish with sour cream and bread or oyster crackers. | Cooking Instructions 1. In a pan, brown stew meat, over low heat using olive oil spray, until meat is cooked through. 2. Dice Rutabaga and combine all ingredients in a crockpot. Set to low and simmer for 4 hours or until Rutabaga is cooked through. Yield: 8 servings |
