Goat Tortilla Soup
Ingredients 16-oz ground goat meat 2 15-oz. cans black beans 3 10-oz cans Rotel tomatoes 1 cup salsa (mild, medium, or hot) 1 4-oz. can chopped green chiles 1 14.5-oz. tomatoe sauce 1 cup grated cheddar cheese 1 bag tortilla chips Garnish with sour cream, tortilla chips and grated chedder cheese. | Cooking Instructions 1. In a pan, brown ground goat, over low heat using olive oil spray, until meat is cooked through. 2. Combine all ingredients in a crockpot, except chedder cheese and tortilla chips. Set to low and simmer for 4 hours or until warmed through. Yield: 6-8 servings |
